Our Personalized products are non returnable

As our products are personalized based on your specific design choices, we are unable to accept returns. We kindly request that you carefully review and approve the digital design before production begins. This ensures your complete satisfaction with the final product.

Refunds eligibility

If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order and haven’t confirmed the design, and we haven’t begun production, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund.

Delay in delivery

We understand that timely delivery is important to you. Occasionally, delays may arise due to factors beyond our control, such as design issues, technical problems with our laser cutting equipment, or unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or holidays.
